Uh, after the latest updates, the app just feels more buggy than before. Maintenance seems to take forever, and my account didn’t sync properly. Support eventually got back to me, but it was slow too

I noticed the updates came through really quickly. Happy with how fast the sync works.

I tried Hoverwatch for a little while, and my first reaction was, “Wait, why is this harder than it needs to be?” The service itself was okay, but the subscription settings were the part that stood out to me.
When I wanted to change or cancel the plan, it wasn’t immediately obvious where to go. I ended up clicking around for a bit, which got a little frustrating in the moment, even though I did eventually figure it out.

Support did respond, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, I think the billing area could be much simpler and more straightforward. Overall, not terrible, just kind of average for me.

I signed up because I thought it would work with my kid’s phone, but after getting into it, I found out some features don’t actually work on their iPhone. The setup instructions weren’t super clear either, so I ended up going in circles and wasting time checking the same things over and over.
Maybe it works better on Android, but the company really needs to be more upfront about what is and isn’t supported before people pay. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I think they should take more responsibility for making compatibility details easy to find from the start.

I mostly use Hoverwatch for the screenshot feature , and it has been better than I expected . The images are clear enough that I can quickly see what was going on without having to dig through everything . Getting it set up took me a little time , but once it was running , I didn’t really have to mess with it . Simple , and it does what I need

I thought it was going to be a whole thing. It wasn’t. Installed fast. Setup was simple enough, even for me. No real hassle...

For me, hoverwatch has been steady so far. It kept tracking without randomly stopping, and most days the updates came through when I expected them to. What I liked most is that I didn’t feel like I had to keep checking on it to make sure it was still working...

It works okay overall, and the site does explain some of the legal stuff, but I kept feeling like I needed a simpler breakdown of the privacy side. With an app like this, it just feels a little sensitive, you know, so I wanted to quickly understand what’s allowed, what isn’t, and what happens with my info without having to click around and read a bunch of extra pages. Not a bad experience, just not as reassuring as I hoped. I’d give it 3 stars.

I mainly used Hoverwatch to keep an eye on calls and text messages, and for that, it worked pretty much as expected. The call logs showed up, and I was able to read the SMS messages, so it covered the main reason I tried it in the first place.

That said, it wasn’t always instant. Sometimes new information took a while to appear, which got a bit frustrating when I was expecting updates sooner. The setup also wasn’t too difficult, but I wouldn’t say it felt completely smooth either.

Overall, it’s one of those apps that does the basics but doesn’t really impress you. I don’t regret trying it, but I also didn’t feel fully confident or relieved using it, which was a little disappointing. For me, it’s a 3-star experience

I kind of judged this on my usual shortcut: does it have the main stuff I need right away? And yeah, it mostly does. The basics are there and it works fine for simple use, but once I started looking a little closer, I noticed a few things missing. So overall, it’s good enough, just not something I’d call fully complete

I found the dashboard really easy to use honestly. I was checking it in between a couple meetings with a lukewarm coffee next to me, and I didn’t have to waste time hunting for anything. The main stuff was right where I expected it to be, reports loaded without any drama, and I didn’t have to click through a bunch of random menus. Just makes checking things quick and simple...

I had an issue with my Hoverwatch account and reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it was slow, like almost a day between replies, which got a little frustrating.

It’s not even about expecting instant answers or anything, I just needed it sorted a bit sooner. The replies were useful once they came through, so I can’t say it was terrible, but if you need fast help, it might be annoying. 3 stars feels about right.

The GPS usually shows me somewhere nearby, but it’s not always exact. It can feel a bit trapping when you’re relying on it and it keeps putting you just off from where you actually are.

It works well for the most part, and I don’t really have any major complaints about the performance. That said, the price does feel a little high for what you’re actually getting. It’s not a bad product by any means, just not the best value in my opinion.

I canceled my order and the refund came through fine, like no big issue happened. It was simple, maybe not exciting to say, but all was okay and no drama for me.
