I asked to do a hack into the database of a school for me.
He told me he can do it in in $1300 first. I made an agreement with partial payement with him he agreed with it. After that he told me that the hack will be difficult and need 1700$ for it as i payed the part to make it 1700. after that he didn't react for a while after that he told me it's finished but he need his money to launch it after a little discussion about our agreement he told me to pay a part i paid. but than he says later the site has crashed and it's my fault. Then i went back to the agreement and ask for a refund of my money then he told me he need 280 because the protocol told him that. I refuse to pay that because there wasn't a agreement.
